last call to Kota Kinabalu and Sandakan. As you may recall,
after the schedule was arranged a year in advance you were given
only 2 weeks notice that the call to Sandakan would be cancelled
due to tidal conditions, Mother Nature didn't stop there; during
the cruise we had to cancel our call from Kota Kinabalu and
return to Sandakan. This meant you only had 2 days to prepare
for a program serving nearly 600 passengers. Despite the last
minute changes, you handled the operation magnificently. You are

demonstrated by you and your staff to ensure passenger
